Conducting health assessments and screenings.
Providing first aid and emergency care.
Implementing health promotion programs.
Educating employees on workplace safety and health.
Managing work-related injuries and illnesses.
Providing guidance on health and safety regulations.
Assisting with worker compensation claims.
Audiometry, Spirometry, and Vision
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in General Nursing
• Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience as an OHNP
• Registered with South African Nursing Council & SASHON
• Manage the administrative activities to ensure compliance and
capturing of occupational health data
• Own Transport
• Valid Driver’s License
Additional Requirements
• Dispensing Certificate
• Mining experience would be advantageous
